HD 5388 b (also known as HIP 4311 b) is an extrasolar planet which orbits the F-type main sequence star HD 5388, located approximately 175 light years away in the constellation Phoenix. This planet is at least two times more massive than Jupiter and takes over two years to orbit the star at a semimajor axis of 1.76 AU with an eccentricity of 0.40.[1] This planet was detected by HARPS on October 19, 2009, together with 29 other planets.
